1. Does your machine carry any guarantee?

Yes. Our machines are warranted for one year against any manufacturing defects.

2. What happens if any part is found defective within the warranty period?

We replace the part free of cost. You only pay the shipping charges.

3. What happens if the machine does not work?

We have never faced this situation! But in the most unlikely event that the machine is defective, we will replace the whole machine.

4. Can you send an engineer to set up your machine for us?

Yes. We can send an engineer to set up our machine in your factory and also train up your people for operation and general maintenance.

5. How much do you charge for that?

We charge only the actual costs – airfare by the lowest possible ticket, and all local expenses for transportation, accommodation and meals in your country are to be borne by you.

6. If we need the machine to be overhauled after a few years, how can you help us?

In a few years if you need your machine to be overhauled, you or your technical staff would normally have become familiar enough to do the job yourself. We will offer all the technical support and required spares. If you need the physical presence of our technical staff, that is also possible as written in the previous answer.

7. Do you supply any spares with your machines?

Yes. We recommend that you should keep a basic inventory of spares and consumables which should last you for about 2 years operation.
