SIKRI Machines come with a number of state of the art features and accessories, some of which are standard, while some are optional. Given here is a list of accessories available; there is a FLASH ® demonstration for each item. Please view these to decide what you need with your machine.

Multiple Track Options (for 4-side seal liquid machines only) View Demo	....	Some of our 4 side seal liquid models can be made with 2 track, 3 track or 4 track output, depending on the size of the sachets. This multiplies the speed of the machine by 2, 3 or 4 times respectively.

High Speed Option View Demo	....	For special applications, like packing salt or sugar in miniature 4 side seal or 3 side seal sachets, we currently offer machines with speeds up to 200 packs per minute in single track. Development work is constantly being done to achieve higher speeds without sacrificing packing quality, or increasing cost.

Dynamic Adjustable Volumetric Doser View Demo	....	In order to control the packed weight of the product accurately, and also provide a wider weight range for packing, we can provide this specially constructed doser with telescopic cups, where the adjustment can be made even while the machine is in operation.

Electronic Print Registration View Demo	....	Most sachet designs require precise sealing and cutting at a specific point so that the illustration and text appear perfectly placed on the finished pack. Our print registration control system ensures that the machine seals and cuts at the specified point, and maintains sachet length continuously and perfectly.

ATM-19 View Demo	....	The ATM-19 system is an advanced electronic print registration system. This is a microprocessor based device which uses a brushless motor for controlling the traction and speed of the packaging film.The desired length of the sachet can be set through a push button control and the system adjusts itself for Eye mark correction, machine speed and sachet length so as to achieve sealing and cutting at the exact point everytime . The system also includes a low wastage film setting system , display of total count and machine speed.

Full Stainless Steel Body Cladding View Demo	....	We offer a choice of cladding our machines with complete stainless steel aisi 304 or aisi 316. Available with 1.2 mm, 1.6 mm or 2 mm thickness, mirror finish or matt finish. This ensures more hygienic environment for the product being packed, elimination of iron contamination and longer and maintenance free machine life.

Epoxy Powder Coated Mild Steel Rust-resistant Full Body Cladding View Demo	....	As an economical alternative to stainless steel body cladding, we offer mild steel cladding with a special epoxy powder coating. This cladding is suitable for machines which are going for non-food and non-pharmaceutical applications. The powder-coating will protect the machine from normal atmospheric rusting. It is attractive, easy to clean and long lasting.

Output Deviator with programmable sachet counter View Demo	....	In order to eliminate the need for counting the sachets for secondary packing, we offer a system of oscillating the output of a user-defined number of sachets in alternate directions to enable the operator to collect the pre-determined number of sachets in separate receptacles. This option is available with 4-side seal and lateral 3-side seal machines only.

Exit Conveyor View Demo	....	This option helps in automatically taking away the finished products from machine. It has a special facility of grouping the products which keeps the operator free from counting the sachets after each group is completed. There are two types of exit conveyor available: A small exit conveyor of 0.4 meters and a large exit conveyor of 1.2 meters.

Electronic Speed Control View Demo	....	With this option, it is possible to control the speed of the machine from 50% to 100% of rated peak speed, to enable the operator to maintain the optimum packing speed at the touch of a button. This system comes with a packing rate indicator which displays the output of sachets per minute.

Jogging (Inching) Function View Demo	....	To enable the operator to carry out routine cleaning of the sealing jaws, emptying out and cleaning of the volumetric doser and also to set the packaging film, an inching switch is provided which will momentarily operate the motor for limited forward motion.

PID Temperature Controllers View Demo	....	For more efficient heat control on both vertical and horizontal sealers, we can provide auto-tune PID temperature controllers.

Heater Burnout Warning View Demo	....	If the machine continues functioning at high speed when there is a heater burn-out, the sealing on all the subsequent sachets fails - resulting in huge rejections and loss of production. This warning system stops the motor immediately in case of heater burn-out, sounds a warning buzzer, and also indicates which heater is to be changed.

Hopper Level Low & End Of Packaging Film Warning View Demo	....	One more addition to greater machine automation. This device automatically shuts down the machine, and gives a visual and audible warning when the level of the product is critically low, and / or when the reel of packaging film is exhausted. For the user this means lesser supervision required and therefore lower running costs.

European Style Safety Covers View Demo	....	Under European laws, no moving parts of the machine may be exposed, in order to give maximum safety to the operator and avoid accidental injury. We provide carefully fabricated safety covers which give maximum protection, yet are convenient to open/remove for maintenance work.

Central Lubrication for Bushings View Demo	....	The machine needs proper lubrication in the sealer bushings to perform efficiently. In order to make this job easier and quicker, we provide a motorised central lubrication system which delivers the lube oil to all the bushings at the touch of a button.

Inline Flexographic Printing Device View Demo	....	Our inline flexographic printing device is suitable for printing statuary details like date of packing/expiry date batch number up to 4 lines in single colour. Specially useful in the food service sector.The unit can also be used for PERSONALISING small sachets of salt/sugar in single colour with the name/logo of the customer hotel, restaurant or airline.

Knocking Device View Demo	....	For machines packing fine powders in miniature sachets, we have developed a device to force the powders down the delivery chute. This knocking device is synchronised with the drop of the product, and provides agitation to the delivery tube so that the product does not slow down or get stuck to the sides.

Hole Punching System for Hanging View Demo	....	In many shop and supermarkets, the sachets are displayed on hangers or danglers.To facilitate this practise we can provide for a hole of 4 mm diameter to the punched in the top-seal area at the time of the filling sealing operation.

Hot Foil Printing Unit View Demo	....	We offer an electronic hot foil stamping unit for printing a two-line batch number/date or manufacturing code. The unit is electronically synchronized with the machine so that the stamping is done horizontally and vertically at the exact space provided on the sachet. The impression is permanent and indelible. The codes may be alpha-numeric.
