A versatile fully automatic vertical form fill seal sachet packaging machine (FFS machine) suitable for packing free-flowing powders/granules in single-use sachets for food service, pharmaceutical, and other industries.

This sachet packing machine is ideal for producing personalised or standard sugar sachets, salt sachets, pepper sachets, spices sachets, ready-made coffee mix sachets, etc, and other food service portion packs specially for hotels, airlines, restaurants and fast food outlets. It is also the ideal machine for packaging silica gel desiccant in sachets for industrial and pharmaceutical uses.

It has an extremely small foot-print. One machine requires only 10 square feet - 1 square metre of floor space. Multiple installations of the FFS 0520 offer a better production alternative to using one multi-track machine, technically and financially.

The machine has an electronic control unit for accurate sealing & cutting as per the sachet design. Sealing pattern available is 3-side seal, 4-side seal, centre seal.

Available with many optional advanced features such as microprocessor controlled sachet length, electronic speed control, automatic output sachet counting & batch creating, intelligent status warning devices for various parameters with shut-down and error reporting, etc.

Also available with a High Speed option for SALT / SUGAR sachet packing up to 200 sachets per minute.
