1. Volumetric filling machine for filling powders, granules and liquids into any type of preformed rigid or flexible container, like plastic or glass jar, metal caddy, or preformed poly-pouch or textile bag.
2. Machines are available in 2 packing configurations
a. 50 grams / ml to 500 grams / ml
b. 100 grams / ml to 1 kilogram / litre
3. The machine is simple to operate and does not take up much space. It is ideal for small industries, super-markets and large stores.
4. The machine operates on 220 volts AC. Two variations are available :
a. Electronic Model where the filling volume and the rate of fills is controlled by means of an electronic device.
b. Electro-mechanical Model where the filling is controlled entirely by the operator by means of a foot pedal.
5. The peak operating speed is up to 40 drops per minute, depending upon packed weight and operator skill.
ADVANTAGES
1. Accuracy : Since it follows the same filling principle as FFS machines, same kind of accuracy is activated. i.e, plus or minus 1% depending on homogeneity of the product.
2. Labour saving : Since the operator has both hands free to handle the pack, faster speed is achieved, hence lower labour cost.
3. Higher productivity : No need to weigh each pack, like in manual filling due to proven volumetric filler system.
