We now offer pre-made outer envelopes for packing the tea bags. These are supplied either in rolls( for large quantities) or as one side opened ready-made sachets. The ready-made outer envelopes are available in either heat-sealable paper polyethylene, or in heat-sealable clear plastic laminate. The paper-polyethylene envelopes can be supplied printed, while the clear plastic laminate envelopes are provided without printing. |

This is transparent outer envelope without print over it. It is very high barrier properties – will keep the aroma of the tea / herbs intact for a long period – useful for products with high aroma.
Minimum order quantity is 20,000 pieces – no printing is possible.

The outer envelope is white, thick paper with PE lining. It has lower barrier properties – useful for teas & herbs with single colour printing – a one-time charge of US$ 150 will be levied for making the artwork as per your approved logo and for the printing cylinder
